Disabling a group call on WhatsApp on iPhone

As mentioned above, you can also disable an entire group. Groups often become very annoying when it comes to reports on your phone.

Here is an easy way to solve this problem.

1. Open WhatsApp.
2. Open the group call you want to mute and then touch the name of the group.
3. Press Mute.
4. Select the period in which the group should be muted, e.g. B. 8 hours, 1 week or always.

Congratulations, you now receive well under 1,000 reports per hour.

As with individual cats, the mutation of a group is not erased. This operation only disables the messages. When you open WhatsApp, you will find this group in your active discussion list.

A conversation on WhatsApp with an Android device is as easy as with an iPhone, which I just explained.

Once you have unpacked your smartphone and are ready to use, follow the steps below.

1. Open WhatsApp and tap the chat you want to mute.
2. Select and touch the three vertical points in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Select Mute.

Remember that cushioning does not remove or block the cat. It’ll just stop receiving notifications. When you open the discussion list in WhatsApp, you can easily find it among your active calls.

Quiet group discussions on WhatsApp on Android

Just like mute a single call, mute a group with your Android phone on WhatsApp is easy. The steps are in fact very similar, but small differences should be pointed out.

That’s what you have to do.

1. Open WhatsApp.
2. Open the group you want to mute and click on the name that appears.
3. Click on the options that are muted or highlighted in the same way.
4. Select the period for which you want to disable these messages (8 hours, a week or always) and press OK to confirm.

What happens when you mute a contact?

It’s important to know what happens when you dry-clean WhatsApp, so I’ll show you.

To disable notifications in a WhatsApp chat (or group):

• the contact can still send you normal messages.
• you will always see your status and latest access data.
• they can still see your profile picture.

What happens is that you no longer receive signals such as sounds and vibrations from the person sending you the message.

It will also see that that person’s messages are only visible to you when you open the application. This mute contact or group has a crossed out speaker symbol to indicate that it is mute.

It’s really not a solution that you have to spend a lot of time in a mess. You’re the only person who knows you interrupted the conversation.
